Configuring a Scheduler

Creating a Scheduler

Head over to the Scheduler app by clicking on the Scheduler tab in the left navigation panel.

Click on the button on the top right to create a new scheduler instance.

Create a new Scheduler by giving name and start and end dates

Once the scheduler is created, click on the 'Configure' button to go to the configuration screen.

Configuring the scheduler

Participating Placement Cycles

Add all placement cycles which have job profiles required for the scheduler.

Participating Companies

Add all the companies participating.

Configure all Panel Groups

Update the number of panel slots and buffer slots along with the location for each panel group. By default, a company has a single panel group for all its job profiles. If it is required to split a company into multiple panel groups, click on the 'Split Panel' button to add another panel for the same company.
