This page describes the steps to be followed while creating notices on the platform. It also highlights the importance of notices

Creating a Notice

To add a notice, Click on the Notices tab from the left menu. On the top right corner of the window there will be a "+" button. Click on that

Once you have clicked button you can start preparing the notice that has to be sent to the students. Enter the title and the content for the notice is the text box that has been provided.

After entering the title and content you can select the target audience for the notice.

If an attachment has to be sent along with the notice you can add it by using the Add Attachment button.

As shown in the above image, notices can be targeted to a specific college(in case of multiple colleges) and to a specific department within a college

Once you have submitted the notice, click on Publish to send the notice to your targeted audience

Notices can be save as draft and published at a later date

Downloading a notice in PDF format

Notices that have been published can be downloaded as a PDF and be used for inter circulation

To download the notice. Go to the Notices tab from the left menu and open the notice of your choice.

There is an export PDF button on the top right corner by clicking on this the notice will get downloaded on to your computer and can be used to be internally distributed
