Collaborators to a Job Profile

Collaborate with your team members and the recruiters of the company at a time.

Teammates as Collaborators

Add your team members as collaborators to the job profile and manage the recruitment drive together.

  1. Go to the Placement Cycle

  2. Click on the Job Profile.

  3. Click on + in the Collaborators section within the job profile.

You can add the Staff Members as well as the Student Placement Coordinators as collaborators to a job profile.

Note:- Please make sure that the Staff Members and the Students are added as collaborators in the placement cycle before they are added in the job profile.

List of all Account Users added will be displayed here.

Company Users as Collaborators

Say no to Excel sheets, pen and paper. Add the Company and manage the recruitment process on Superset itself.

  1. Go to the Placement Cycle

  2. Click on the Job Profile.

  3. Click on + in the Collaborators section within the job profile.

Click on Company Users and select the Company user you wish to add to as collaborator.

If the contact does not exist, click on Add New Company Collaborator.

Once added, the company user will receive an email with a link to register on Superset.

After registering, the company user will be able to access the student data directly on the app and will be able to mark shortlists as well.
