Click on Job Opening tab
On the top right corner, you will find an option to add job opening
Click on Add Job Opening
Enter the Job Profile title for which you are posting the job
Enter the job location(s) where the selected candidate will be working once shortlisted.
In Employment Type section, select whether this is a full time profile or an internship profile.
Select the Job Functions applicable for this profile from the list of drop down options.
Click on Add Details
On the next page, you have to enter few more details in the job details section.
Enter an Internal Alias which you can use to identify the profile internally. Universities will not be able to see this alias, For example, Graduate Trainee (Grade 2).
The entries filled on the previous page will be pre-filled.
Mention the number of vacancies or the positions to be filled for this profile.
Enter the salary that is being offered for this job profile and if there is any equity involved.
Enter the relevant Job Description.
Enter the skills that are preferred for this job role such java, photoshop, sales etc.
In additional details section, you can enter the details based on the custom question added from the custom field section in Admin tab.
There is a provision to attach a document where you can attach any document relevant to the job post and this will be visible to the applicants when they apply for the job profile.
Click on Proceed to Next Step.
In allowed batches, select the batches who are eligible for this job profile. You can select multiple batches.
In allowed programs, select the programs which are eligible for the job role such under graduation, diploma, post graduation etc.
In allowed disciplines, select the streams which are eligible for this profile.
Specify the eligibility criteria which will be used to assess the eligibility of the candidates. You will be able to override these preferences at college level later.
The criteria can be specified on the basis of overall eligibility, separate for each education or on the basis of applicant's current degree as shown below.
Enter the stages which will complete the hiring workflow of this job profile.
This will be visible to the applicants when they will apply for the profile.
Some popular stages will be available on the right side which can be added by just one click.
You can select multiple universities/ colleges to which you want to post this job profile from the list of colleges added on Superset.
Go to the concerned college/ university and click on Post.
A window will pop up where you have to enter certain information specific to that account.
Select the specific college for which you want to post the job profile in case there are multiple colleges under a university.
Propose a deadline for collecting applications.
In process type, select whether it will be an on campus recruitment or an off campus recruitment.
You can send a message In case you want to send any additional message to the college.
